This was my first time ordering from them, and I gotta say, they’re pretty darn good. Whenever I had a question, they were super helpful. The product I received was top-notch. I got a garden flag, and it’s just what I wanted. Absolutely love it! I’ll definitely be buying more from them.

The delivery took a whopping 3 weeks! When I first got the tracking info, it was stuck in Chicago for 2 weeks. Then it headed to California and made its way back to Oklahoma, all without any updates on its whereabouts or reasons for the delays.

I really adore my pair of flags, the ANZAC and Australia Day ones. I'm planning to grab an Australia flag soon, but I might need to pick up a flagpole first. Flagwix has been awesome to work with both times. Cheers to Flagwix!

I’ve been waiting nearly a month for my sweater, and it’s still not here. The woman I contacted today mentioned it might take another 5-7 days! Seriously, don’t bother ordering from this place!

I really liked this door cover, but it’s missing a slit for the door handle. I had to pull it back around the handle just to get the door open. It fit perfectly on the door. The colors are super bright and the details are nice. If I knew how to sew, I would’ve made that slit myself. I’m definitely gonna grab another door cover.

AWESOME ITEMS. I really dig the 3x5 flags; they’re double-sided and made to last. The texture is fantastic, and the colors on the flags are super vibrant. Everything has been great!

Hey there, I'm Octavio Retana, a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer, and I gotta say, future buyers of Flagwix should really think twice before placing an order. I got a special flag from their collection to proudly display on my flagpole, and while it arrived quickly and looked great, it started tearing after just one day of flying. As a veteran, I know it's important to treat our flag with respect, and I can't fly a damaged American flag. So, I reached out to Flagwix the very next day to explain what happened. I even offered to pay extra for a sturdier replacement with better stitching and stronger rings for my flagpole. But despite contacting them three times since November, I've yet to hear back from anyone. It feels incredibly disrespectful, not just to me but to our country as well. They were quick to take my order and my money, but when it comes to customer service, they seem to have dropped the ball. I really think folks should reconsider ordering from a company that shows such little regard for customers facing issues with their products. Flagwix ought to be embarrassed for not treating a 30-year Senior Chief Petty Officer and Middle East Combat Veteran with the respect I deserve!

Absolutely terrible support from the company. They just won’t reply to you. My order has been stuck in processing for a week now. I was hoping to get an idea of when it might ship. Not a peep from them. After I made my purchase, I checked out some reviews and realized that was a huge blunder. You live and learn, right? Just be cautious when buying from this site.

To be honest, I was pretty upset that my order didn’t arrive before Christmas. I reached out to Flagwix through a couple of emails and got the whole deal about the holiday rush and winter weather messing with shipping times. I had ordered a hoodie in an American Indian style for my wife, with our American Indian dog's name stitched on the sleeve. It finally showed up today, January 7. I wrapped it up and gave it to her today. The hoodie is gorgeous! Absolutely stunning. She was thrilled with it. So was I. I’ll definitely be ordering more from Flagwix, no matter how long it takes to get here.
